The start of a collaboration can be intimidating to clients that never worked together with an artist and/or creative agency before. Luckily we've never had any negative feedback from our previous clients and we are happy to give you their testimonials if needed.
Where do we start?
We have done so many projects in the last 10 years that we have found a way of working that serves most of our customers.
Research
The first step is to contact us through our website, you can do this here. You can fill out your details and give us a description of what you are looking for. We love long descriptions!
Then we will have a call or zoom meeting, to get acquainted and to go through it all. We understand the situation where you don't know exactly what you want, but you will have time to tell us as much about your venue as possible. Together we will figure it out. After we've gathered all of your information we will send you a time table which we will use to make sure we get everything done before the deadline(s).
Themes can be rather different with each client. Several clients clients describing a 'boho chic' event likely have very different ideas in mind. Sending us examples/pictures of what resembles your thoughts always helps.
The Concept
Based on your given information and choice of package we will start designing the concept. This part is important for aligning expectations between our clients and us. Designing a concept is a very thorough process and should only create the good kind of surprises. The concept is the most important base before the design fase. We understand most clients have questions after the concept and we would like to make sure the base is set before starting the artwork to avoid the need for changes. Changes rarely occur, but we can always do a few small changes, free of charge.
The process will go like this:
A rough sketch
Basically a layout about what goes where
Color picking
We will create a color palette that reflects your theme
Formats
Here we will specify all the shapes and sizes of your printed goods
Extra's
Want some glitter? Need a few wax stamps? Here we can add the luxury additions to give that extra 'wow'. Unless you like it minimalistic, which is perfectly fine. Also gives a 'wow'
Printing fase
We work together with different printing companies because each one of them has specialities the other one doesn't. We will find the best ones for your product. This also gives us a timing schedule for when to expect your goods.
The Design
Once everything is approved, we will do our magic. This is the hard part and time consuming work. Every client and every project is different. We have to make sure that all the details given to us and all ideas are combined in a design that feels exactly right. There are thousands of options and possibilities and it is our expertise to combine them. Once we are happy (we are perfectionists) with the results we will present it to our customers. Feedback is expected and we will always handle it with care.
Printing
Every client is different and so is their taste. We create a custom printing package for every client based upon their needs and chosen options.
